  COMPLAINT:I went to purchase over the counter medication at your pharmacy wed 20th feb.approx 10.30-1130, I was horrified and very upset the way I was treated by your shop assistant. I asked for 50mg one night sleep aid... the assistant interrogated me for about 10 minutes, which was extremely humiliating and then informed she have to speak pharmacist., which I accepted. There was no objection by the pharmacy. I assumed the young gave me 50mg, which and walked away, on checking my I realised she had given me 25mg, so I returned and explained that she had given me the wrong dosage. At this point she was so rude to me and said next time listen to what had to say, I said I did listen and I still asked for 50mg, she continued to be verbally rude to me. I asked if she was a medical professional, and was in a qualified position to assess customers, she replied she was not. I replied maybe you should gets some qualifications before assessing customers. At this point she was so rude to me,that I signed the refund and did get my £2.00.... I had to walk away as after the verbal insults she was smiling. I will never go back into Asda’s again. I hope non of your other customers experience what I did. Regards Suzanne Defreitas
